Traditional mentorship often overlooks well-resourced teens, assuming financial comfort equates to inner clarity. As an Elima mentor, you bridge that gap through proximity, authenticity, and experiential guidance.
Guided Training & Support
You will never walk alone. We provide structured guides, licensed therapist consultation, and a sisterhood of co-mentors.

What to Expect
Who we look for
You don't need to have all of life figured out. We value relatability, consistency, vulnerability, and a big heart for empowering young women to be confident in who God made them to be.
- A young woman or professional committed to being an authentic, empathetic role model
- Willingness to listen openly and create non-judgmental, safe spaces
- Commitment of 2–4 hours per month for circles, check-ins, or club meetups
- Participation in our onboarding orientation and character-building framework
